A beautiful modern, fresh and dry sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the South of France. Oddbird 'Blanc de Blancs' is made in a classic style, purely from white grape varietals,  giving tones of crisp green apples, honey and citrus. A youthful and elegant Chardonnay blend with fresh natural acidity, delightful complexity and delicate bubbles. This Blanc de Blancs is matured for 12 months after fermentation, then gently liberated from alcohol. Perfect for special celebrations or as a palate cleansing aperitif. Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood/oysters and crispy tempura.
