At Somm Zero, we offer reliable and timely shipping methods for our customers to ensure that they receive their orders on time and in great condition. Our delivery partners and our packaging is carefully selected to protect the quality and integrity of our products throughout shipment.

Shipping Times
Delivery lead times are 2-3 days Local, across BC & AB are between 3 - 5 Business Days, and 4-6 Business Days across the rest of Canada.
 
During checkout you will see the total price including taxes and shipping and handling charges, in Canadian Dollars, before you place your order. Your credit card, or other payment method, will be charged in Canadian Dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout. 
 
General Shipping Information
Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.
 
We recommend that if products are shipped to your residential address, you make reasonable accommodations to be present at the time of arrival. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep theft.
 
Somm Zero offers non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider, spirits and mixers which may be susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. We work with our shipping partners to manage and reduce this risk in every way possible. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March). Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please help us by ensuring we have the correct contact details, delivery address and correct delivery date associated with your order. 
 
Our shipment and delivery providers take holidays, too. Please know that we will not process or deliver shipments on statutory holidays. 
 
Order Tracking 
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email including your tracking details and shipment status.
